Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Print books, workbooks, and other items from the library are delivered via USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 1-3 business days within the United States.
Print books are only shipped within the United States.

Pre-order items are not yet available for download or delivery. Pre-orders are made in advance of delivery, whether digital or physical, but ship at a future date. This date will be noted in the items description.

Courses are offered via our website and/or a third-party host (like Teachable). Some courses are paid, some are free and all are hosted online with 24/7 access, so you can learn at your desired pace.
